EUCshop provides warranty support for eligible products purchased from EUCshop. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
Before arranging service with a regional partner, please contact EUCshop support at EUCshop@begode.com with your order number and issue details.
Warranty Period

Main electronic components, motor, battery: 12 months from delivery

Shock absorber, lighting parts, chargers and electrical accessories: 6 months from delivery

Seat cushion, tire, power pad and wearable accessories: 3 months from delivery
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, EUCshop may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, or regional service support for approved warranty claims. Shipping costs, labor costs, installation fees, customs duties, and local service charges are not included unless confirmed in writing by EUCshop.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, improper storage, or improper charging.
- Water damage, impact damage, fire damage, or damage caused by abnormal use.
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, firmware changes, or use of non-original chargers or parts.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, tires, pads, shells, and other consumable parts unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Products not purchased from EUCshop or products without valid order information.
How to Request Warranty Service
Please email EUCshop@begode.com and include:
- Your order number
- Product model and serial number, if available
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Your shipping address and contact information
EUCshop will review your request and provide the next steps.
Safety Notes
- Please read the product manual before use.
- Use only approved chargers and accessories.
- Do not continue using a product that shows warning alarms, abnormal noise, overheating, water ingress, or visible damage.
- If the product is stored for a long time, charge and inspect it regularly according to the product instructions.
