Return Policy

1. Undelivered Orders

A 4% bank system handling fee (charged by the third-party bank, not an additional fee from the merchant) will be deducted from the refund. The refund process is usually completed within 3 working days after you submit the refund application.

2. Important Notes on the Day of Delivery Confirmation

Please immediately inspect the product condition (including the integrity of the outer packaging, product appearance, accessories, etc.) on the day logistics shows delivery confirmation:

  • If the outer packaging is severely damaged or deformed due to compression, you may refuse to accept the package on the spot and promptly contact us to synchronize the situation;
  • If the received product does not match the order information (model, specification, etc.) or has quality issues, you must contact our online customer service or send an email to eucshop@begode.com for confirmation on the day of delivery confirmation. Meanwhile, keep the product in its original state and relevant evidence (such as unboxing videos, product photos, order screenshots, etc.).

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product meets all the following conditions:

  1. Maintains the original condition upon receipt: Unused, unworn, free of scratches, and functions unactivated;
  2. All accompanying materials (accessories, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, etc.) are complete and intact;
  3. The product is still in its original packaging, with no damage or missing parts of the packaging;
  4. You must provide proof that the product is unused (such as the driving mileage on the wheel display screen) and necessary photos of the product appearance/packaging or unboxing videos.

Return Initiation Process

  1. Submit an Application: Consult our online customer service or send an email to eucshop@begode.com to submit a return application (please specify the order number, reason for return, and relevant evidence);
  2. Await Confirmation: The return application must be approved by us before you can send the product back;
  3. Rejection Scenarios: We reserve the right to refuse to accept or process products returned without prior confirmation. You shall bear all related logistics costs and product risks.

Return Logistics Guidelines

If your return application is approved, we will send the return shipping label, designated receiving address, and return instructions via email. Please send the product back through a compliant logistics channel as instructed and keep the logistics tracking number for follow-up.

Handling of Product Damage and Issues

Please unpack and inspect the product immediately after receiving the package. If you find any defects, damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery:

  1. Take photos/videos on the spot to retain evidence (clearly showing the product condition, outer packaging, and logistics waybill);
  2. Immediately contact our online customer service or send an email to eucshop@begode.com to report the issue;
  3. We will verify the situation within 1-3 working days and provide you with a reasonable solution such as replacement, exchange, or other appropriate measures.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  1. The product has been used (including activated functions, generated driving mileage, appearance wear, etc.);
  2. The product packaging, accessories, or accompanying materials are missing, and the product itself has no quality issues;
  3. No written refund/return application is submitted within 3 working days after delivery confirmation, or relevant evidence is not provided as required;
  4. After-sales issues arising from product use: Begode will provide free accessories for your self-replacement (excluding labor and logistics costs), and return requests will not be accepted;
  5. Discounted products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold;
  6. Loss or theft of the product after it has been delivered to the designated delivery address (logistics shows "delivered" or "left at the door") due to non-liability of Begode and the logistics party: No refund will be provided. You must promptly report the incident to the local police and may contact us to assist in providing relevant order and logistics certificates.

Refund Processing Flow

  1. Inspection Notification: After receiving the returned product, we will complete the quality and condition inspection within 3-5 working days and notify you via email or SMS whether the refund application is approved;
  2. Refund Disbursement: If approved, the refund will be automatically returned through the original payment method within 10 working days. The actual arrival time is subject to the processing cycle of the payment channel (e.g., bank, credit card company);
  3. Inquiry for Unreceived Refunds: If the refund has not arrived more than 15 working days after approval, please provide the refund notification screenshot, payment certificate, and other relevant information to contact us via email eucshop@begode.com for verification;
  4. Refund Amount: The refund amount is the actual payment amount of the order minus a 4% bank handling fee (for undelivered orders) or no additional deduction (for scenarios where the issue is due to Begode's liability, such as quality problems or incorrect delivery). The logistics costs incurred will be borne by the responsible party.
