The PEVcharge PEV-2500-20 is a compact adjustable fast charger designed for riders who need flexible charging control, portable size, and high-power charging capability for compatible personal electric vehicles.

It supports an adjustable output voltage range of 100V-151V. Under 220V AC input, the charging current can be adjusted from 1A to 20A. Under 110V AC input, the charging current can be adjusted from 1A to 10A.

The charger supports both Bluetooth connection adjustment and touch screen adjustment, allowing users to select suitable charging settings according to their battery system, power source, BMS limit, charging port, connector, and cable capacity.

Adjustable Output Voltage

This charger supports an adjustable output voltage range of 100V-151V.

It is designed only for compatible PEV battery systems whose required actual full-charge voltage is within this supported output range.

In the electric unicycle industry, voltage is commonly described according to the battery’s full-charge voltage. Electric motorcycles, electric scooters, e-bikes, and some other PEVs are often described according to nominal battery voltage instead.

For example, a vehicle described as a “72V” model may have an actual full-charge voltage of approximately 84V. Therefore, compatibility must not be determined only from the nominal voltage printed in the vehicle name or product description.

Before ordering or using this charger, confirm your battery’s actual full-charge voltage. The required full-charge voltage must be within the charger’s supported output range of 100V-151V.

Included Charging-Port Connectors

This product includes the following three charging-port connector adapters:

• GX12-5P to XT60
• GX20-4P to XT60
• GX20-5P to XT60

These three charging-port connectors are included together with the product. They are not separate connector options.

Please confirm which connector matches your vehicle before use. The number of connector pins does not indicate the supported charging voltage.

A connector with the same appearance or pin count is not automatically compatible. The connector wiring and polarity must also be confirmed before charging.

If your vehicle uses a different charging connector, a separate compatible adapter may be required. Any additional adapter must support the selected voltage and charging current.

Included Charging Cable

This product includes an XT90-XT60 charging cable.

The included XT90-XT60 charging cable and the included charging-port connector adapters are separate parts of the charging connection system.

Before charging, confirm that the charging cable, connector adapter, vehicle charging port, and polarity are correctly matched.

Any cable or adapter used with the charger must be rated for the selected output voltage and charging current.

Adjustable Charging Current

The charging current can be adjusted according to the input power source, battery system, BMS charging limit, charging-port rating, connector rating, cable rating, and charging requirements.

• With 220V AC input: 1A-20A adjustable charging current
• With 110V AC input: 1A-10A adjustable charging current

A lower charging current can be selected for routine charging. A higher charging current may be used only when the battery, BMS, vehicle charging port, connector adapter, charging cable, wall outlet, and electrical circuit all support the selected current.

This charger has a total power rating of 2500W. The actual available charging current at a selected output voltage is also subject to the charger’s total power limit and the available input power.

The maximum adjustable current shown for each AC input condition does not mean that every compatible-voltage battery can safely accept the maximum current.

Never select a charging current higher than the maximum supported charging current of the battery, BMS, charging port, connector, adapter, cable, or vehicle.

Bluetooth and Touch Screen Adjustment

The PEVcharge PEV-2500-20 supports both Bluetooth connection adjustment and touch screen adjustment.

Users can adjust the supported charging settings through the Bluetooth connection or directly through the charger’s touch screen.
